Toto Momo Trade Mark Professionals
is
a pure IP firm specializing
in “trademarks”.
about us
Our history commenced on March 2012 when
Mr. Sei Saito opened the firm in Osaka, Japan.
We focus on trademarks in the areas of search,
prosecution and enforcement,
and have a good
network
of trademark attorneys all over the world.
We are committed to working
closely with our clients,
looking to their success in ten years,
or even a hundred years.
Our firm name, Toto Momo,
embodies that philosophy.
That is, “Toto” and “Momo” are the
first four letters
of each
Japanese word: TOTOSE and MOMOTOSE, respectively.
TOTOSE means ten years,
and MOMOTOSE a century – both
of which signify specific anniversary milestones.
We have chosen this name,
expressing our commitment
to
fostering strong relationships with our clients,
while maintaining a long-term vision.

about osaka
Osaka is superior to anywhere else in the world since it has the Best Mixture of Tradition and Innovation.
People in Osaka are open-hearted, friendly, and humorous.
The firm is located in the center of Osaka, close to Osaka Castle built by Hideyoshi Toyotomi, one of the greatest Japanese samurai worriers, who ruled Japan in the late 16th century.
Osaka is historically the commercial capital of Japan (merchants’ city), traditionally considered as the “nation’s kitchen” or the gourmet food capital of Japan.
